That is an incredible amount of time which literally goes down the drain. You can add to it thousands of dollars one spends during his lifetime on products for shaving (razors, shaving gels, after-shave lotions etc).

we muslim keep beard not because of its scientific benifits but to obey the commandments of allah and his messenger thats y we keep beard and also its good for encouragement to know about its scientific benifits there many benefits of it

but people (men) with sense know to clean their beards every night and morning..i know men who have beards and i know they take care of it..and don't let it sit for 5 days and catch germs and dust..they comb it every night clean it and everything.

Of course, scientific benefits. Certainly, no man's face is ugly. But some men think they are ugly. And you can hide it under the beard.

And that is why Bill Clinton, George Bush, Tony Blair and so many other Europeans grew their beard.

I wonder why Margret Thatcher did not do so.

I have seen Indian Sadhus having lice, ticks and other parasites on their beard. LOL

well its just the men i know take care of it..since they really happen to like their beards...maybe its just the men youve met that arent as clean about it
