why Sinhagiri is not taking the warranty claim ? Have you asked them ? Usually if you have international warranty, as agents they should be giving warranty.
If they wont take it, contact Samsung, use there web and get a email/phone number of after sales. If they dont have a Sri lankan site, use maybe the Singapore or other asian site. (in most electronic companies who dont have direct website for sri lanka, singapore one handles this region.)
Tell them about your problem, then they usually will find a solution.
Had similar incident with a friends Dell laptop few years back. Softlogic didnt give him the warranty replacement, but when he contacted Dell-singapore, they have asked Softlogic to give the replacement.
