Since all of the mainstream X58 motherboards come with an adjustable BIOS, you may as well get the most for your money. Most people are completely unaware that the i7-975 is identical in architecture to the i7-920/930/940/950/960, and that all Intel does for marketing/profit reasons is simply program the default clocks/adjustability differently.
