This government degree program looks like a fraud !!!

ekata illumkarala , entrance exam eka gana letter ekak hamba una nati aya innawada?
mokada kurunagala, beliatta inna ayata letter eka labila. colombo inna aygen samahara ayata thama na.
matah labu na, labune nati aya innawanam mokada karanne?
matanam sudusukam pilibanda prashnayakda daneth na.

I still can not believe i'm not qualified for the selection test they commenced 27th june which they didnt even inform us that we are not qualified for the selection test with a valid reason!
Ihave more than 4 years experience in Software Development as a Software Engineer in well known & reputed companies in srilanka. And also i've got NVQ level achieved several years back.
I visit the UNIVOTEC at Rathmalana my self to handover my application with nother two applications of my colleagues too. two of them also didnt receive a letter informing they are not qualified!
I felt something not quite right, when i was saw the front office staff of three people working at there!
I doubt this BTec is a fraud which allows only for their related parties or having relationships with government parties !!
They earn some money at least 150/= from each and every one applied!
What a shame for government organization to do such fraud !!!
