For a Roman Polanski movie, this is low key but the whole cast gives a strong performance. Very good suspense/thriller movie.

my personal opinion is Norton's high-energy acting is the only element that saves the picture from being a not bad movie. script is a mess.American History X may not be perfect but it's a fraction better than good.but enjoyable!
