Help!! Directions to Sampath Bank Head Office

hi guys can someone tell me how to get to sampath bank head office?
the address is 110, Sir James Pieris Mawatha colombo 2.

a quick look in google earth shows that it's somewhere close to Beire Lake, near gangarama temple. how do i get there? which bus to take??
