Yup..from colombo.. I have a 1mb SLT..not that great,but will do the dirty work!
u don't need that much of a speed.. U can play less than 200pings with a guy in Uk, after 10 pm local time.. Well, with a friend inside country, will give u 30-60pings (In borderlands nonesteam version-This is vary by game to game)
Still u need a gud connection, if u host a game!
