I called Airtel and they told existing unlimited packages will automatically transfered to new packages.Any ideas?

I called twice to airtel to change my celebration 600 data package to the new impatience package, but they told me that the new impatience package is currently not offered and also they told me that they will introduce the package through medias when it is available!!!! Is this so??

I'm losing patience since I changed to Impatience plan.Now they are not offering that package.
They don't know there capacity and already oversold their bandwidth.
Now can't even browse a website after 7pm and you have to be patient until the page loads.
Same with the data freedom package.Connection disconnects very often and useless.

and its not possible to do package change to Impatience (if it is available) over the call
u must go to a nearest Airtel Store to do it
cauz they need ur signature on the FUP document
u can change to any other package (DATA) over the call

I called them and they told they halted the Impatience package because of over subscription.
Now they are unable to give a satisfactory service to anyone.
They should have thought that before giving new connections without increasing bandwidth.

I used to recommend airtel to anyone because of their quality of service before.
Now they are the worst.

First unlimited 3.6mpbs
Then (un)limited (10GB) 1.8mbps
Now cannot even load a webpage.
I think we might not be able to connect in near future.

AIRTEL SUCKS BIT TIME!!!!
