you have teached those engineering subjects , anyone can teach those subjects and you never need to be a smart person to teach those subjects.

Hi i acept it is not good to open a private medical college in srilanka because of many other reason, but how can you say as any one can teach engineering subject, then why everywhere in the world only Dr/P.H.D holder are being appointed in the universities, why all the A/L student dosnt becaome as engineer,
