Medal of Honor DLC Released

Lock and load people, EA today announced that two all new multiplayer modes for Medel Of Honor are now available on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Clean Sweep is a free multiplayer elimination mode (well, free for new copies anyway…) where players must rely on their own skills and teammates’ expertise to prevail as the winning team. The mode is playable across two all-new maps called Bagram Hanger and Khyler Caves as well as redesigned versions of Shaikhot Base and Helmand Valley Base.

In addition, Hot Zone is a multiplayer mode that features “King of the Hill” gameplay where teams fight over a designated location on a map; the team who holds their position longest prevails. This mode is also playable across two all-new maps called Hindukush Pass and Korengal Outpost as well as redesigned versions of the popular Shahikot Mountains and Helmand Valley maps.​

Darksiders 2 Cast into the Fiery Depths of the 2013 Fiscal Year

THQ revealed to IGN that their upcoming action sequel, Darksiders 2, would miss its original projected release in the publisher’s 2012 fiscal year (April 2011 through March 31, 2012), and would instead release in the early 2013 fiscal year, meaning that it won’t see the light of day until at least April 2012.

“We want to release a key title in each quarter over the next two and a half years,” a THQ spokesperson said in a statement given to IGN. “We have moved UFC Undisputed to Q4 of fiscal year 2012. That was the original target for Darksiders 2. Therefore, we decided to move Darksiders 2 to early fiscal year 2013.”

So it seems that THQ has pulled the ol’ switcheroo, opting to release the next UFC Undisputed game in Darksiders 2’s place in Q4 2011​
