First of all machan, you need all files I mentioned below to play the game.
1. Official MP Rip --- http://staff.alteriw.net/tracker/torrents/aIW-Client.torrent
2. Official DLCs Repo --- http://bit.ly/DLCsRepo
3. Move_Stimulus --- http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8612467/Move_Stimulus.exe
4. Patch 3 --- http://alteriw.net/content/aIW-37a-10802.zip
What you need before you start:
1. Microsoft .net 3.5 --- http://u.nu/94dbd
2. Microsoft VC++ 2008 --- http://u.nu/6ddbd
3. WinRar --- http://u.nu/2cdbd
1. You should download the MW2-multiplayer rip, DLCs repo and Patch 3.
2. After you download Open the Mw2-multiplayer rip and extract them to a place you want.
3. Then open the "DLCs repo folder" (From your hard disk location where you downloaded) and there are 3 rar files named,
4. Then extract the "aIW-Misc.7z" again same to the place where you extract your game. Again replace the files, press "Yes to all" button.
5. After that, copy "Move_Stimulus.exe" file (I told you to download this earlier.) and paste this to the place where your game is.
and double click it and run it. (This will open a small DOS window and tell you to press any key to continue. So just press it. Thats all. Then it will say [Done.press any key to close]) Simple task. Dont worry.
6.Then open the patch 3 (I told you to download this before), its a rar file, same you can extract the inside of it, to the same place, where your game is.
(Replace the files)
7. Then run "alterIWnet_configure.exe" to set you game nick name. (You will see this exe file, because just a minute ago, you extracted this.)
a window will open, just open a nickname and press "Save" button.
8. Run "iw4mp.exe" and let it update. After the update a window will open with a highlighted sentence, just type the highlighted sentence in the given space. and press Ok.
9. THATS ALL FRIENDS.
Enjoy the game, you are done now.

We extracted all files to the same place where the game is.

-SPECIAL NOTE ONLY FOR PLAYERS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE 11GB MW2 VERSION-
If you all using another version of COD -MW2 version, I mean 11gb version, you should follow new steps as follows.
But I cant guarantee that this will work for all other versions. but its working for skidrow version.
All of you do above steps upto Number 7 and start doing this.
1. Download this updater - http://alteriw.net/content/aIW-37a-10802.zip
2. Extract the zip file into your root folder of MW2 game
3. In this extraction theres a file named "iw4mp.cfg", open it using notepad and ensure it matches as below.
4. In your extraction files check whether you have file caches.xml. If you have, DELETE it.
5. Run iw4mp.exe and it should start updating.
After that, Enjoy the game.
