three colors; blue ...well..extremely well made, you can just fix your eyes on the screen and stay like that for the entire movie without noticing a minute pass by just for the pure beauty of the exquisite photography and the excellent score..but it's hard to connect to this movie, partly because I'm not familiar with the underlaying political theme of the movie if that's not the sole reason, the movie just failed to build up an emotional bond with me where the directors other work "a short film about love" kick this movie's ass all the way around europe.. it's by all mean a good movie, a movie that knew it limits when it came to symbolism.. still prefers a short film about love to this.

Outstanding! Great direction and script. Acting is top notch. Love the chasing scene and can't believe how they did it without any technology. Looking forward to watch John Ford's other movies. Thanks roshant for the recommendation. IMDb rating is 7.9 my rating is 10.
