Ground Mail Shipping Help ekak one!

I'm getting this Package from USA and it was shipped by Ground mail Not Airmail i knw it take a along Time to come but I'm not 100% sure how long. It was shipped in 2nd November and i have not still received the Item ? Normally how Long does it take for a Ground mail parcel to arrive from USA ? Experience tiyana kattiya plz Hep ekak denako.
