SLT sucks big time..... i was having the slowness for about 1 1/2 months in my 512 home express the speed is reduced around 70%-80%...then i complained to them more than 20 times n they some times come n check and say tht they will check frm server end and some time the complaints are closed without doing anything. So i made another complaint last week n the technicians came n check n they were saying all rubbish n i told them tht u r blocking heavy users..,..then they were clueless n they told me to change to other package....

Then two days back some lady frm SLT called me and said about this TRC has instructed them to reduce the speeds of heavy users n that lady said that it is permanent...

So guys think about it....according to the speed test results by TRC lankabell connection is n speed is better than the rest....and if SLT thing is permanent why we pay 1600 for a shitty connection....Think about it.....nw its time to change....i know its hard to but something needs to be done...

Guys n also i have checked with lankabell call center and they said that in there unlimited package that they dont limit users....so that also a plus point...im now trying to call TRC but they are not picking the phone...im trying to ask about the instructions given to SLT and what are they doing about the speeds that we r facing....will post updates...have u any spoken to a TRC person....please share if so...
