    wel guys probably i'm too late for this reply

    i used D link , pro link and some other one called comptrend

    they all good for home use , i mean just to connect internet when you really need.

    but if you have a home server or if you downloading torrents 24/7 i recommend you D-link router

    because They have some technical things that other brands don't have

    1'st = D-Link routers have temperature controller
    2'nd = If you hit by a lightning or high voltage via telephone line D-link technology able to manage 75% of damage to you're computer. ( most of the time you're router in the safe side too but you might have to reset you're router settings or maybe you will have to install firmware to that )
    3'rd = and finally if you downloading something that taking days to complete ( in srilanka 12 GB iso file or something ) most of the routers can't hold on the same speed . i mean they starting to dorp the speed after 3 - 4 GB , but with D-Link router it's not a problem anymore

    And if you able to find LinkSys router that's a good brand too . they have all of the tricks that D link have , and maybe more than that

    Hope this helps to you all
