Who are the best internet Service Providers in Sri Lanka

We'll have to change our package cause this SLT line is too slow and have many many problems, once they've fixed the problems/faults consists again & again.

SLT ADSL nam wedak ne ban. Unlimited home package eka mara slow Aluth packages walata kalin over 45 Kbps but now less than 25KBps
