just start a Paypal account.. its Free (www.paypal.com)
you can add your credit card to payapl account (this will take 3 working days)
2. Start a free rapidshre account.
after that you can update the RS account using your paypal money..
i already used this RS account b4 two years.. but the same thing happening now.. they changed the interface and other things..
