Alcohol is fun cos while you take it, it makes you forget shit about your life, it helps you relax, if you drink with friends, it makes you feel closer, and makes you say stuff that you usually won't.
and alcohol is also fun cos it has all the characteristics of every self destructive habit human love. it slowly kills you, but still makes you feel great about many things.

there are prescribed drugs that is quite fun drugs that they give you for anxiety, or depression. you may no how fun they can get if you've ever been given those and if you've ever have abused those

lemme put it to you this way, while marketing do take effect on some level, it's not the sole or most important reason why people go for something. marketing is there, only cos the manufactures know people need something. and marketing usually promotes a particular brand..not the kind.

you have been told by media and your parents or whatever, over and over again that alcohol is bad ..that's what kids in todays world grow up listening to. so it's no wonder that you go by preaching it. but what you seemed to have forgotten is that you have to walk a mile in his/her shoes before you judge somebody.
