Neither TamilNandu fish-men nor Lanka Fishmen

Hi guys and girls,
Sri Lanka is a Buddhist country ,

My idea about this is Government should not help fish-men by the navy.
I think Navy should stay out of this.It's their problem not Buddhists!

But if the India is come and do fishing in a factory style with large boats
we should take act.Because killing any being is against the Buddhism.


I think as a government we should stay away from this. Sri Lankan Navy
was jumped into this trouble because of those tamil fishmen near jafana have forced to
our government to force indian fishmen out of their coast. So governemnt
calls the NAVY. This is a dirty thing going on , what we can't agree or take
someone's side that is against Buddhism.

My dear buddhist fellows welcome comment and I think better we keep
our silience on this tamil nandu matter.

And those NAVY ppl are the ppl who joined NAVY to protect our religon
and country. So Welcome to a fair discussion.

Do we need to involve in killing fish? Directly|Indirectly? NO

The Navy's duty is the protect the sovereignty of this nation and its waters. It has nothing to do with religion. Every time any fisherman, be it from tamil nadu, japan or even mars enters SL territorial waters, its a violation of our sovereignty and to stop that, the Navy is bound to go in and chase those fisherman away or arrest them.
That is part of the duties the Navy has to perform.

My Solution to this problem is to setup floating markers on the sea (Buoy) so that fisher men from both sides can see the border and have the navy on regular patrolls in the area...

since there is no war foe im sure that there are extra boats lying some where in the yards...
