Two Kfirs collide during rehearsals

Two Kfir jets on fly pass rehearsals have collided with each other and crashed near Warana in Gampaha. Casualties from the accident are still unknown.

The two pilots manning the Kafir aircrafts that collided at 9.30 this morning are reportedly safe. The pilots who took off in their aircrafts from the Katunayake airport this morning had ejected from their planes at the time of collision and operations are now underway to locate them

its true that the jets cost a lot. but at the same time it crosses me badly for people condemning the pilots blindly. for them all i'v got to say and i wish them is, try being there, or least try being in the driver's seat in a car doing 300-400kmph looking at another car which is going to hit them within a second or so...
