The Sri Lanka Air Force Station in Ekala inaugurated its “Remote Controlled Model Club” today (February 19) morning. The club will enable enthusiasts to participate in remote controlled flying, wind sailing, motor boating and racing. During the civil war the government had banned importing Remote Controlled (RC) toys and RC Airplanes / Helicopters were not allowed to be used. The Air Force now provides a location for the public to enjoy RC toys at the SLAF station in Ekala. (Pic by Osanda Daham Nimsara)

This is super Great news to RC enthusiasts In SRI LANKA !
