5970 is not a dx11 card..
It was a dx9/dx10 card.
And it was the fastest dx9/dx10 card before and also after the gtx580.
Gtx580 didnt beat the 5970 at dx9/dx10...

Adobe Premiere only supporting Nvidia CUDA that's the issue. Cyberlink Power Director is a home video editing tool.
Anyway ATI parallel processing also capable but not supported.
