SLT Unlimited Package - 20GB Only(FUP)

Now telecom are using FUP to control internet facility & after 20GB it will become normal SLT 56k connection.i just got massage..dear brothers now we need to reduce our download limit..so what to do nw...????pay Rs. 2400 & get nothing..

they call me & give phone number to contact Miss. Kahaduwa in SLT office.confm detail machoo..befor that im not beliving..so sad ban.i mgoing to talk her tomorow & recod & try to record a call

SLT might planning to apply such a FUP,there was a speed problem to most of the users but SLT has fixed it somehow...

machoo.i camplain slow brandwith limit on my connection.so they call me & told that.after that i call SLT hotline(1243) & ask they are using FUP.but they say no..i will confim it tommorow.

Firstly, I don't believe so many people in such a short period has forgotten the bandwidth problem by SLT. So far as I know SLT does not have approval to implement a FUP of 20GB or any X GB....

contact the TRC at www.trc.gov.lk and tell them they will help you fix it... has your speed been slowed down? By the way, SLT FUP does not affect the speeds of torrents... weird..

EDIT : Further more, Unlimited ADSL lines should no longer be a problem as there is a backbone price drop.
