Sampath Bank has Deducted 600 from my Web Card Deposit

Anthima payment aka karanakota magen Aka $ akakata Rs.118.00 ganak kepila thibuna. Den mun thawath Rs.600 kapagena Minus banace kiyala. Kiyannenam apiu dana salli ganata witharai ganudenu karanda puluwan kiyala. Ahenam kohomada ban me Minus balance hitinne????

sampath bank fellows minus balance without any notification.. they just take fee for web card usage.. every 6 months or 12 months :S once i paid Rs 2000 :\

may be... they'll deduct a fee from your balance anytime, if you use sampath bank web card, you have to pay fee for web card usage. that's it!

Yesterday I had a -1270 (negative). They have charged the account for 500 (annual fee) and then charged the interest without notifying me.

I went to bank and asked them to reverse the negative balance.They said they would do after 29th.

Anyway it is really an unprofessional act by the company.They should have atleast make the customer know about it.They did not tell me about an annual fee at the time i bought this card.

Lost the trust with Sampath Bank. Commercial bank is far better than this.

machn for the same issue mama yesterday call kala card center.Moko minus balance enna bari hinda.mama one year witara transaction kale naha. Ehema use karapu nathi hinda card ekata annual fee eka widihata 500 kapagena.Ita passe 1700 ganak wenakan surcharge gahala.Kata kiyannada.

Ekko notice ekak wath denna onee.Card eka ganiddi ehema kiwwe nahane.Api card eka use karaddi ganak kapa gannawanee.

Card center godak aya meka danne naha.Kauru hari senior ekkenek allagana kata karanna onee.
