    I use mobitel 8GB HSDPA package it cost me only 1290 plus taxs. even with 2 -3 movie download it never excced the limit. no speed reduction. But due to heavy usage in some areas you may experience slow speed. I live in galle so no problem.

    Is it come with additional power cable then try connecting it to another usb port some time power from one port is not enough. Otherwise you can open a case in ebay. first inform the seller that item is not working and negotiation not successful then open a case in ebay.
