You can take a print of your payment receipt from ebay. It's free just log into your ebay account (path: my ebay> buy>won> then selct your item you brought) and take a print.

You can explain that you brought it from ebay as used! If it is for your personnel you might not be taxed (not 100% sure) but if it is for commercial purpose, there may be a definite tax.

I would presume this can be a random check Or to clarify any doubt. They often do the same for foriegn parcels.

Origin destiny might be another reason.

But it's very hard to guess!!

Machoo i got a same latter from post office for ebay purchased. Did they tax you? how much did you paid. plese help..
