  HLDS running the server and Counter Strike(as the client)
  the server is hosted on my IP

  It has bots (the single player version has them) after creating the game, because its dedicated server i have to connect to it as just another player there is a admin privilege system called "rcon" i have set it's password but when i enter it in the game nothing happens and when i add bots nothng happens
  the bloody bots are too easy anyway
