    Yep. They can ban you if you will do such stupid cheat. Tracker can see if "suddenly" you uploaded a lot. There is new solution for this - Torrent Ratio Keeper. it updates ratio while torrent client works. This way trackers cannot ban. I'm using it for 2 month already. It helps me to keep ratio...
