    Roshan Adhikari could also be from Nepal or Bangladesh. Adhikari is a Bengali name (also adapted by Sinhalese similar to Bandara, Jayantha, etc.). Roshan (pronounced ro-shen not ro-shaan) is a common name in entire South Asia.
