    I have an apartment and a house in Colombo. I live overseas so prefer to stay in the apartment when I'm in SL. Much less hassle and safer. Will move to the house if I come back to Sri Lanka permanently. But you need to buy an apartment which is built to a quality standard. Not the cheaply built...

    If you are resident within Colombo city limits, studying in a school in Colombo or working in Colombo, you can get the membership. If not, use the address of a friend in Colombo. (Note: I was a member in the 1990s so I don't know if the rules have changed now)

    This is the root cause of your problem. Stop taking tablets for everything. 11 AM - 3 PM is for European countries. Early morning sun (30mins - 1hr every day) is enough if you live in Sri Lanka.

    Do you work from home or do freelancing? Do you work during UK or US working hours? Sri Lanka has year-round sun. Unless you don't go out in the morning, this can't happen. Go out in the sun every morning.

    I used to live near Dehradun many years ago. That small city doesn't need a highway to it's full distance. It's like having a highway to Haputale or Welimada. Modi is behaving just like Rajapakshes. Making his friends rich.
