Yes truly unlimited.
I have downloaded about 1.5TB in a month without any data cap or slowness. Connnection is good and speed is consistant.
Youtube/Netflix defaults to 4K.
However, I had a couple connection instabilities past few weeks, I don't think that has anyting to do with the package, but something to do with the firbre connecton itself.

I don't think you will notice that during day-to-day browsing or usage. However you might notice if you do large file upload/download. Upload speed is capped at 50Mbps.
