I didn't dodge. In a forum like this, the layman comes here to listen to the pundits. But if you're trying what Socrates did, do you think it's working here?

I'm not trying to be Socrates, I just asked a simple question and you still haven't answered it. And if this forum is just laymen listening while pundits talk, that's a monologue, not a discussion. Nobody comes to a forum to be lectured at, they come to exchange views, which means questions are part of it, not against it

ඔච්චර බුද්දිමත් නන් කොහොමද බන් රටට මෙහෙම උනේ,
- රටට වෙච්ච දේවල හැටියට මෙහෙම තියෙන එක ගැන සතුටු වෙන්න ඕනේ. 1970 ගණන්වල ඉඳලා terrorist/civil wars, terrorist attacks, weather issues (tsunami, flooding,...)... ඒ ඔක්කොටම වඩා රට ඇතුළෙම ඉන්න කකුලෙන් අදින කුහක නායකයෝ.
- ගොඩක් රටවල් ගොඩ ගිහින් තියෙන්නේ හරියට වැඩ කරපු නායකයෙක් හෝ දෙන්නෙක් හින්දා. Singapore - Lee Kuan Yew, Malaysia - Mahathir Mohamad, China, South Korea......
- Europe/USA ගොඩක් දුරට rich උනේ Asia/Africa/South American colonies වල money වලින්.

But don't you think that when someone walks in under the banner of pundit he's different from the layman? Sure the laymen discuss among themselves but with a pundit present, they expect nuggets of wisdom. To that extent, I have answered your question (with apologies to Socrates ).
