Try running the blower without AC and see if the smell gets worse

I'm having a hard time finding a reputed product online, Flamingo cleaner is unknown and the Liqui Moly cleaner is just liquid and not expanding foam

OEM cleaners are not available to purchase anywhere from what I've seen (Toyota 00289-ACRKT / Mitsubishi MZ100950EX)

Nope Liqui Moly AC cleaner is OOS, Wurth AC cleaner is OOS, OEM products cost sth like 12K to import with shipping (w/o taxes) so it's either I take a chance with Flamingo or leave the evaporator be 🥹
