then try to repair it with Disk repair software. it might work. i had such problem with my sony NW-S705F . i just format it and then complete a firmware upgrade. still working.

do any1 knw abt any voip application for windows mobile?

Have u tryed ip blue ? but u need a cisco call manager to get registered and get a DN. im using it. its good.when im out of the office i can conect using the vpn and get registered with the office Call manager. bill goes to office. hope this will help u out. http://www.ipblue.com/
