    this isn't shocking given that US drafted it only after securing 24 votes in the first place. I'm glad we got 15 in favor of us, lots of credit to China for lobbying campaigns to gain votes for SL as for the resolution, nothing will happen but GOSL must go ahead with LLRC at least now. hope this...
