    okkoma hodai ban.. but sometimes it depends on the model, for an instance, EVGA and ASUS GTS 250 cooler is better then XFX cooler :); btw my personal choices are XFX, EVGA, ;)

    u mean GTX+ or GTX ? maybe 4850 is better than 9800GTX; but I hv heard both 4850 and 9800GTX+(not da 9800GTX) which is equivalent to GTS 250 performs same, but some say GTS250 slightly better than 4850; if ur budget is tight, go for 4850; :);

    I think it's a acceptable temp whn the cpu is loaded :) with the stock FAN, dnt worry :) ; install a good cpu cooler for better temp, and make sure the casing has more air flow...
