    If you find water at 30 feet then the tube well at least should go beyond 40-50 feet from the water level, Then only you can draw a considerable amount of water by a pump. So, if you find water at 30 feet, tube well should go deep to 70 feet at least, otherwise its meaning less. So best way is...
