    2500 is as a call deposit,but since this case is different,because his outstanding amount is way too high than the call deposit,therefore Dialog have the right to take an action(as far as I know),but just before they go for an option like this,they could have gone for a payment methods.

    from what I know is you can go aginst Dialog for their billing system,if you had 1500 call deposit/limit,they should disconnect the line immediately once when you go against ur credit limit.Since they have not done this and just because of this,You have the right to sue them for their improper...
