    You can install any 32bit application on 64bit platform. There's no problems or compatibility issue on that. The only thing you have to worry is whether if that application has any 16bit parts in it. if so then it would not work properly. 16bit apps don't work on 64bit platforms.

    Machan don't do anything. All your programs listed above are legit. there are no keyloggers present that list. if you disable everything you'll be going to a big mess. The only ones that i can't say about are mediaget, utility tray and cleansweap. all the rest looks legit.
