    Not a good idea. These days customs checks are very rigid. Even if you mark as a gift, they will break and see the phone model & most of officers know the value of phone. Most likely you hv to pay to duties and all. And specially iPhone definitely trigger alarm. Don’t take risk. Anyway Good luck.
