    Even seeds like flax / Psyllium husk available here are not good quality-wise and most of the time they are GMOs plus not organic or fake. So we been purchasing flax and psyllium from iherb. Plus Avacado oil 750ml bottles. DHL rates are super high . But still it works and better than nothing...
