    i had download and browsing problems on my 2mbit line from two days. so i made 2 complains and today SLT called me and said that they are doing a bandwidth shaping also he said that they are monitoring activity of usage and according to that they apply filters :(

    SLT Just confirmed that they are limiting connection speeds for who download data too much and said to switch to a new limited plan :(

    you can use anywhere that master cards are accepted. just check for mastercard logo or ask also if your payoneer card issued by chase bank, it doesnt work on commercial atm's :(
