    I thought the MC1088L *is* the STB. Anyway, that's the STB they gave me. But the router is also a UTStarcom, model UT-304R2. Very compact unit, there's very little in the way of configuration, and it's got link and connection indicators in each of the ports in the rear, like on your PC's NIC.

    Hey guys, I too applied for the PEO service recently, and this morning found that my speed has been bumped up to 4MBPS. Is this complete bandwidth available to me right now, or is the internet channel still operating at a max of 1MBPS?
