    not everywhere mate.... i tihnk dialog can only give upto 384kbps but mobitel might give you farore better than that... but don't think u'll get 14.4 everywhere... :rolleyes:

    it's an HSPA modem... :yes: dialog dsnt have hspa.. so not worth getting it from them.. coz they have far slow data rates compares to mobitel... n mobitel packages are not tht expensive too.... :yes:
