    Over Clocking........Well they have better components and features...Features like less power consumption,advance OC features,better ways of cooling the PCB etc......

    I think you are referring to the DP35DP....Mobos with P35 chipset are good performers. but costs more $$.....If you are not into OC then go for Intel. If you are adventures get something like a Gigabyte or Asus.....

    lol.....AMD for overclocking??? most of the AMD CPUs are multiplier locked! The new quad cores suck @ OC...Even the black editions. A good old Q6600 smokes any Phenom available!

    - 10 frames? where did you get that info? in some cases more than 25 frames. Im not sure about this but 8800Ultra has HDCP and as for AVIVO, it has Pure video. For some people to get even a 10FPS improvement, Yeah they would spend extra 250$ for it..Specially a Enthusiast.

    Nvidia FTW!!! I never liked the Catalyst...needs net frameworks and Nvidia has simplified settings. IMO TBH i "was" a big fan of ATI in the days of the 9800XT.........
