    well I called dialog n they said if the same msg (ciphering) appears when I use another sim then the problem is with my 4n.so dont think theyl replace if 4 free. anyways any idea about "inactivated sim" ??? :)

    mmm 3-4 years ya I tried with another SIM card and the same prob appears. btw I was told by our ek member heshanperis that I need to re-install the OS :) anyways yesterday nyt my phone displayed "inactivated Sim" at the place where "Sri Dialog" appears. I switched off the 4n and then switched...
