    normally.. those WAN miniport are used in ADSL modems... that are connected through a usb port.. so if you had a one before uninstall it first... and desable any features like Wake on LAN, Boot from LAN, and did try by booting pc in safe mode and uninstalling those things..?

    hehe.. they didnt limit ban.. the didnt have enough bandwidth to support the users.. thats why the speed drops down.. :P after getting that new fiber link from india.. it was speed up again.. :)

    we know what is adsl bro.. and we know that it is not dedicated... the thing is SLT's CIR is better than dialogs FUP.. BTW most of the adsl user that i know get around 52kBps.. on P2P downloads on the day time... So when you comparing these CIR with dialogs FPU... obviously the SLT wins.... BTW...
