    This is kinda old news.:D I posted it b4.And the core voltage is going to be 1.3V for the RV790.Now it is @ 1.25V and the memory is @ 975MHz although they are 1GHz chips.That will be 3800MHz effective on GDDR5.

    I had the same prob.Then I changed the MCB into a 15A one.Then again it started to drop with the large moni n other stuff.Workaround was turn off the moni,power on,wait till the VGA kicks off then on the moni.But mine was a CRT.
