    leak from wire insulations. remove wire from fuse box.remove all equipments.turn off all lights. then check the resistance of Neutral and live wires vs earth. if you find anything below 2 mega Ohm's machang check them.

    what happened was that ,it was an error with the calibration on lab equipment. anchor has been a reputed brand & their testing is very strict. i know a person on fonterra.(anchor mother company).even if milk comes in a big quantity,they run it through several stages & test samples.
