    well not really machan. UCSC (University of Colombo School of Computing) offers a degree called BICT where you can enter regardless of what you did to A/Ls. Of course there is an amplitude test and a certain level of Z-Score. But I dont think it will be tough to follow if you like the subject.

    well machan to get that kind of a salary u need to have experience. You might be highly qualified. But no company will be willing to let u run the whole IT dept without any experience. So get in to the job market before its too late and get some experience.

    Inside SL machan I think its software. Simply coz we dont manufacture computer hardware in SL due to lack of technology. But outside SL they are pretty much the same.

    Yep machan, Colombo uni and J'Pura uni has specialized HR degrees. Im not sure about Colombo but J'Pura surely offers somewhat the same degree externally. So to the websites and find out. Both these unis are pretty recognized.

    SLIIT is attached to the UGC machan so they are recognized as a uni(I think). I believe X-Pert was at SLIIT for sometime before he left to Aussie. Better PM him regarding this. :D :D

But do not worry if you come down a little in your A/Ls and you have to do it from some place like APIIT. Its quite ok. There are several ways to get to the same destination. :D
