    Yeah! He he! ThnX 4 reminding lol! He he! Usually a refresh rate of atleast 75Hz is recommended and a resolution that won't cause you any strain when reading is also essential! I use 1152x864 @ 75Hz in my View Sonic E70 17"... Cheers!!!

    In the past few days i was working for long times with my PC and i had dry eyes and a nast headache! Bought a screen filter n adjusted the monitor to have some low brightness and contrast values... wow! now it's cool!

    Your eyes are priceless... Protect them! Wear Protection - Use a screen filter to your CRT & use lower levels of brightness and contrast (not higher levels...) no matter if you have a LCD or a CRT... Remember, prevention is better than cure.. :P:P:P
